Week 1

  • What would you like to do every day if you were to “live” here in Spain? In other words, what kind of lifestyle would you like to have? Would you like to live near the sea, in the city centre or maybe slightly in the outskirts, maybe next to a golf course with lots of greenery? A holiday apartment with a Mediterranean ambience, a terraced house/bungalow with large garden areas and a communal swimming pool, or perhaps a villa with a private pool? Tell us what is important to you.
  • First, we ask you to fill out the search profile.
  • Following our review, we will speak with you to clarify the search criteria and the four -W questions (What? Where? When? How much?). We would then have a meeting in person — or if you are abroad, you can book one. Please select a date and time and the phone will ring on time or we can schedule a video meeting.
  • We will then send you the “Agency agreement for the search” in which you instruct us to search for the suitable property. As soon as this is signed by both parties, we start the search (free of charge).

Week 2 & 3

  • The search begins.

  • We contact the professional real estate agents and home owners.

  • We check whether the homes meet your requirements.

  • We make a preliminary selection of the properties that best meet your criteria.

  •  We personally inspect all properties in advance. That way we get a good idea of the surroundings and property in order to avoid unexpected surprises for you, things which are difficult to pick up from dossiers and other documents, etc.

  • We make a preliminary selection of the properties that best meet your criteria.

Week 4

  • After the search and assessment, I will send you a detailed report on all found properties.
  • We set the dates for your visit (as soon as possible).
  • I organise the viewings on 1 or 2 days (usually 3 to 5 viewings are enough).
  • During your stay, we carry out the obligatory steps to obtain your NIE (Foreigner Identification Number).
  • I will assist you in opening your bank account in Spain.
  • I negotiate with the sellers on your behalf.
  • Once the decision has been made, I assist you in concluding the sale contract according to the negotiated price.

Week 5/6

  • You will receive your NIE, the Foreigner Identification Number to buy your property in Spain.

  • Money transfer to your Spanish bank account.

Week 7

  • Final check of all necessary documents.

  • Assist at the signing of the public sale contract at the competent notary’s office and handing over of the keys.

  • You are the owner of a property on the Costa Blanca.

Let’s start the search for your ideal home!
